Linux 패키지 CE 인스턴스를 EE로 변환

Linux 패키지로 설치한 GitLab Community Edition 인스턴스를 Enterprise Edition으로 변환하는 방법을 설명합니다.

기존 Linux 패키지 인스턴스를 Community Edition(CE)에서 Enterprise Edition(EE)으로 변환할 수 있습니다. 인스턴스를 변환하려면 CE 인스턴스 위에 EE Linux 패키지를 설치합니다. CE와 EE의 버전이 반드시 같아야 하는 것은 아닙니다. 예를 들어 CE 18.0에서 EE 18.1로 변환해도 정상적으로 동작합니다. 다만 동일한 버전으로 변환하는 방법(예: CE 18.1에서 EE 18.1)을 권장합니다. Warning CE에서 EE로 변환한 뒤 다시 EE로 갈 계획이라면 CE로 되돌리지 않습니다. CE로 되돌리면 데이터베이스 문제 가 발생할 수 있고 Support의 개입이 필요할 수 있습니다. CE에서 EE로 변환 # Linux 패키지 CE 인스턴스를 EE로 변환하려면 다음을 수행합니다. GitLab 백업 을 생성합니다. 설치된 GitLab 버전을 확인합니다. Debian/Ubuntu CentOS/RHEL sudo apt-cache policy gitlab-ce | grep Installed 반환된 버전을 기록해 둡니다. sudo rpm -q gitlab-ce 반환된 버전을 기록해 둡니다. gitlab-ee Apt 또는 Yum 리포지터리 를 추가합니다. 아래 명령은 운영체제 버전을 확인하고 리포지터리를 자동으로 설정합니다. Debian/Ubuntu CentOS/RHEL curl --silent "https://packages.gitlab.com/install/repositories/gitlab/gitlab-ee/script.deb.sh" | sudo bash curl --silent "https://packages.gitlab.com/install/repositories/gitlab/gitlab-ee/script.rpm.sh" | sudo bash apt-get 또는 yum 대신 dpkg 또는 rpm 을 사용하려면 다운로드한 패키지로 업그레이드 를 참고합니다. gitlab-ee Linux 패키지를 설치합니다. 설치 과정에서 GitLab에 설치된 gitlab-ce 패키지가 자동으로 제거됩니다.
